Job Summary

Bug House is looking for an Outside Sales Professional to conduct inspections, provide quotes, and generate new sales leads in a mobile, customer‑facing role.

Your Responsibilities
  • Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes
    :
    Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, and offer quotes to potential customers.
  • Sales and Lead Generation
    :
    Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming partnerships with businesses.
  • Customer Transition
    :
    Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal Bug House customers.
  • Relationship Building
    :
    Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ongoing Learning
    :
    Attend regular training sessions and continuing education to stay current with industry trends and improve skills.
  • Safety First
    :
    Maintain a safety‑first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments.
Physical Demands / Working Environment
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods; travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
  • Use of a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
  • Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
  • Work in all weather conditions.
