Sales Management Trainee

Job Summary

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Augusta, GA
. As a Manager in Training (MT), you will learn our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

• Competitive Compensation – Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $50,000 with an average 47 hour work week.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
