• Make 100+ outbound calls each day to connect with customers.
• Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and text messages.
• Send personalized introduction and vehicle walk around videos that build trust and excitement.
• Create meaningful conversations that lead to showroom appointments.
• Deliver an exceptional online buying experience from first contact to showroom arrival.
• Welcome customers when they arrive and provide a seamless transition to the sales team.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and execute consistent follow‑up.
• Help create lifelong customers through outstanding communication and service.

Experience in automotive sales is helpful but not required. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping people, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
