As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying new business opportunities and supporting our sales initiatives. You will be instrumental in helping us solve real business problems for our clients.

• Researching, identifying, and prospecting potential new clients through various channels.
• Generating qualified leads and initiating the first outreach with potential customers via email, phone, and social media.
• Clearly and professionally articulating the value of eAlliance's technology solutions and services.
• Supporting senior sales team members by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining sales documentation.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Developing a deep understanding of our core technologies, including AI, IDP, and RPA, to effectively address client enquiries.
• Collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confident demeanour.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
• A highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A genuine interest in technology and a strong desire to learn about the AI and data analytics industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
