We're looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Sales Leader who thrives on connecting with people, leading conversations, and helping others commit to becoming the healthiest version of themselves. If you're competitive, coachable, and passionate about fitness and personal development, we'd love to meet you. As a Sales Leader, you'll play a key role in growing our membership base while delivering an exceptional experience from the first interaction through enrollment.

We also have a location in Grovetown, GA. Availability to work at either location is a plus!

• Build relationships with prospects through phone calls, text messages, email, and in-person conversations
• Conduct facility tours and deliver an exceptional first impression
• Follow a proven sales process to convert leads into committed members
• Achieve individual and team membership goals
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM
• Collaborate with coaches and leadership to create an outstanding member experience
• Participate in community outreach, events, and local partnerships
• Help create a positive, energetic atmosphere inside the studio

• Loves meeting new people and building relationships
• Is confident asking for the sale
• Takes ownership and follows through
• Communicates professionally both in person and digitally
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Is organized and detail-oriented
• Has a growth mindset and welcomes coaching
• Is passionate about health, fitness, and serving others

• Sales experience (fitness, retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar)
• Experience working toward performance goals or KPIs
• CRM experience is a plus
• Ability to work early mornings
