S.H.O.W. ATL is seeking motivated, dependable, and personable individuals to join our Atlanta team as Sales Associates
.

This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing position. Sales Associates work directly with customers while representing established client brands and providing information about available products and services.

Paid training is provided to help new team members become familiar with our clients, products, and customer service expectations.

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about client products and services
• Answer customer questions and assist with product or service selections
• Support customer acquisition and enrollment
• Maintain accurate customer information when required
• Represent client brands professionally
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily objectives
• Participate in training and team meetings
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Professional, dependable, and punctual
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Reliable transportation to the Atlanta work location
• Available for full-time, in-person work

Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing environment is preferred.
