Maintenance Sales Representative

We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Maintenance Sales Representative to grow a commercial HVAC maintenance business in the Augusta market.

This is a true hunter sales role focused on developing new B2B accounts, building relationships with decision-makers, and turning opportunities into long-term service and maintenance agreements. If you're competitive, motivated by results, and energized by winning new business, this could be a great fit.

• Prospect aggressively and develop new commercial accounts.
• Identify HVAC service and preventative maintenance opportunities.
• Build relationships with facility managers, business owners, and key decision-makers.
• Prepare proposals and deliver compelling presentations.
• Manage your pipeline, quoting, and forecasting through a CRM.
• Network within commercial, industrial, medical, and other target markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and close opportunities.
• Continuously grow your industry knowledge and sales skills.

• 5+ years of sales/business development B2B service sales experience preferred.
• Proven record of exceeding goals in a competitive, results-driven environment.
• Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to quickly learn commercial HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, resilient, and highly organized.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the market.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
