This is a builder’s role. You’ll be the first dedicated Rev Ops hire, building the systems and processes behind a growing B2B SaaS go-to-market team.
Must be US or GC, no third parites
What You’ll Do- Own the GTM stack across CRM, enrichment, automation, reporting, and intent
- Build pipeline reporting, forecasting, lead routing, scoring, and attribution
- Automate workflows using APIs, webhooks, and AI agents
- Build outbound, enrichment, and personalization systems at scale
- Create internal tools that eliminate manual work
- Partner with sales and marketing on GTM programs and strategy
- 3+ years in Rev Ops, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or GTM Engineering
- B2B SaaS and startup experience
- Hands-on with modern GTM tools such as Hub Spot, Apollo, and Clay
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, automation, and AI
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build from zero
