Security Manager – Warehouse Operations

Exol seeks a Security Manager to operate as on‑site leader responsible for the security program, including physical security, risk management, and compliance.

• Lead site security strategy, enforce standards, advise leadership on risk, and partner cross‑functionally to align security with operations.
• Oversee daily security operations, guard force, and controls while driving consistency and continuous program improvement.
• Manage and optimize security systems, ensuring performance, compliance, and effective monitoring and response.
• Lead incident response and investigations, ensuring proper documentation, escalation, and resolution with key stakeholders.
• Conduct assessments and audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement corrective actions to address control gaps.
• Deliver training and promote a strong security culture, ensuring adherence to site protocols and emergency procedures.
• Track KPIs and trends, report on risk and performance, and drive improvements through data and insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice or business administration preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of security, asset protection, or risk management experience.
• Experience in industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Leadership experience managing teams or vendors.
• Strong background in investigations, incident response, and security systems.
• Experience with audits, compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to improve processes and execute in fast‑paced environment.
• Experience building security programs and supporting audits.
• Familiarity with platforms like Genetec.
• Preferred certifications: CPP, PSP, or PCI.

• Up to 15% travel may be required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive or fly to client and other customer locations.
• Employee responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi‑weekly basis.
