Security Officer - Health Care Site

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a behavioral health setting.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate clearly with staff regarding security-related concerns, policy questions, and/or assistance requests.;
Support a respectful and customer-focused environment by using de-escalation techniques, maintaining awareness of surroundings, and following post orders and incident reporting procedures.
