Provide customer service to staff, visitors, patients, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related duties, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or behavioral health-related situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns;
Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and document incidents, observations, and/or policy-related issues according to post instructions;
Support a respectful and professional environment by using de-escalation awareness, following client site protocols, and assisting with security-related requests as appropriate
