Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter spaces, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unwanted behavior through visible presence.;
Monitor entrances, visitor activity, and community rules within the location, assisting with access control practices and addressing routine questions or concerns in a professional manner.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.;
Complete assigned reports, maintain awareness of changing conditions, and communicate clearly with residents, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel as needed.
