Warranty - Service Technician

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential
  warranty and service calls
  with professionalism and accuracy
• Handle
  builder punch-list items
  and follow-up repair needs
• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
• Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and office staff
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and a safe jobsite

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• No felony convictions
• Experience in residential service plumbing is required
• Experience with
  warranty calls and builder punch lists
  is strongly preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and great customer service skills
