- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and multi-family HVAC systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options
- Clearly explain findings, repair needs, and solutions in a professional and approachable manner
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety standards, company procedures, and local codes
- Work independently while also collaborating with the maintenance and management team
- Diagnose and repair HVAC problems, including component installation and replacement
- Conduct residential and commercial maintenance and installation of equipment
- Test newly installed components to ensure proper function
- Complete preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers
- Present customers with a total for the HVAC services, repairs, and installation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with residential and/or multi-family HVAC systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certification required
- High school diploma or GED required
- State and local HVAC technician licenses required
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with residential and/or multi-family HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- EPA Certification (required)
- HVAC Certificate (required)
$60,000 - $70,000 per year
