Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Technician located in Augusta, GA. The Customer Service Technician will be primarily responsible for maintenance on our equipment, handling our warehouse inbound/outbound, and managing our service projects. The role involves maintaining excellent customer service and works closely with our internal teams to address and resolve any technical or operational challenges.
Qualifications- Proven maintenance record with experience
- The ability to relate technical information
- Strong problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting technical and operational issues
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel and flexibility to adapt to customer needs
- Willingness to Work toward Service & Parts sales goals.
