Installation Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
We are looking for an Appliance Installer to join our growing team!

Function: The Appliance Installer is responsible for delivering, installing, and testing appliances in residential and commercial settings. This role ensures that all installations meet customer expectations and adhere to safety and operational standards. Installers serve as the face of the company, demonstrating professionalism, technical expertise, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Install appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, dryers, and more according to manufacturer and company specifications.
- Secure appliances in place, ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and stability.
- Connect appliances to plumbing, electrical, and ventilation systems as required.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and confirm installation details.
- Provide demonstrations on appliance operation, care, and maintenance.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes.
- Conduct pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure proper functionality and safety.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues.
- Report defects or damages in appliances and elevate issues as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and installation techniques.
- Complete installation reports, including customer sign-off and service documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of tools and equipment used during installations.
- High School Diploma
- Electrical knowledge with the ability to install appliances.
- Plumbing knowledge is not required but preferred.
- Strong problem‑resolution and reasoning skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability and flexibility to work extended hours when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Can read and understand electrical plans, specifications, and installation documents.
- High organizational skills are needed.
- Ability to sit or stand for 8-10 hours and lift 75+ pounds.
