Our technicians are responsible for providing superb customer service by diagnosing, performing visual inspections, removing parts and attachments, performing warranty repairs, conducting preventative maintenance services, repairing lights and wiring, welding, cutting and other repairs.

The position reports to the Service Manager, is a 40 hour per week position and is eligible for overtime. For well-qualified, proven efficient applicants, we offer a flat rate compensation plan. This position also qualifies for a monthly bonus incentive based on upsales.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of diesel truck service and computer diagnostics experience
• Mechanical aptitude and technical ability
• Ability to operate power and hand tools and other equipment safely
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets our criteria
• DOT Driver Medical Certification (to be obtained and maintained)
• Dressing professionally and strong oral and written communication with customers, vendors, and other contacts

• Physically demanding position: stand six to eight hours per shift
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, handle and feel
• Use of hand and power tools; lifting parts weighing up to 70 pounds several times per shift
• Use of hoist and test equipment
• Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials
