Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician - Lake Blackshear Resort / GA Veterans State Park. Georgia Veterans State Park / Lake Blackshear Resort & Golf Club, located in Cordele, Georgia, is looking for an extraordinary Maintenance Technician. Qualifications: The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Engineering Manager and is responsible for all buildings and structures within the Resort and Park. A potential candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in at least 3 of the following disciplines:

• Basic electrical repair
• Plumbing
• Air Conditioning Repair Knowledge
• Painting
• Drywall Patching
• Carpentry
