Painter (Full-time Maintenance)

Full‑time maintenance opportunity working 40 hours a week. No per diem and no relocation funding.

• Must have traditional/commercial brush and roll experience.
• Read work orders and receive instructions verbally.
• Prepare surfaces by removing dirt, oil, grease, and old paint; smooth cracks; fill holes.
• Fill cavities and dents with putty to attain a smooth surface.
• Select and mix coating liquid to produce the desired color according to specifications using a paddle or mechanical mixer.
• Work from scaffolding, ladders, and JLG lifts.
• Erect scaffolding or set up a ladder to perform tasks above ground level.
• Maintain full range of mobility: reach overhead, work in various positions (stooping, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting), handle tools, climb stairs, work at heights, balance for extended periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Education:
  
  none required.
• Experience:
  
  3‑5 years of Journeyman level experience.
• Must pass a medical and background check as a condition of employment.
