This Lead Installer role is a rare opportunity to join one of the top heating and air companies in the Augusta market. For the right candidate, we are offering a sign‑on bonus of $2,000 to qualified candidates!

Our installers play a key role in delivering a great customer experience by making sure every system is installed properly, safely, and efficiently.

• Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, furnaces, air handlers, and heat pumps
• Replace existing systems and complete full system change‑outs
• Work with ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components
• Ensure all installations meet code requirements and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members

• 1+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work with tools, equipment, and materials safely
