Job TitleHVAC Installer
Compensation: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour + Spiffs and Incentives
Work HoursMonday through Friday | 8:00am - 4:30pm
What You Will Be Doing- Residential and light commercial retrofit / changeout installations
- Start up of newly installed equipment
- Brazing and soldering
- Participate in our in‑house apprentice program to grow a career in the HVAC industry
- Complete Trane Comfort Specialist dealer training

- Residential and/or light commercial retrofit experience
- EPA Certified
- Install NATE certified or willing to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Certificate from trade school – desired
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
