Sta-Dry Roofing – Houston, Texas

Sta-Dry Roofing is seeking a reliable and motivated Commercial Service Technician to join our team in Houston, TX. This position is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems across a variety of properties. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable traveling throughout Texas and surrounding states.

• Hourly Pay: $18 – $24 per hour (based on experience)
• Overtime: Available and paid in accordance with applicable laws
• Per Diem: Provided for overnight travel

• Travel required 20% – 50% of the time
• Projects located throughout Texas and surrounding states
• Overnight stays required based on job location

• Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, modified bitumen, etc.)
• Diagnose roofing issues including leaks, drainage problems, and weather damage
• Complete detailed service reports, including photos and repair documentation
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team members
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle (if assigned)

• 1–3+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred (service/repair experience a plus)
• Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems and repair methods
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, and standing for long periods
