This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Augusta, GA for a Lead HVAC Installer. The Lead HVAC Installer will oversee the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring all work complies with safety and industry standards. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, supervising team members, troubleshooting, and ensuring timely and quality installations. The role requires effective communication with clients and team members to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications- Expertise in HVAC installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and compliance with industry regulations
- EPA Certification; additional HVAC certifications are a plus
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
