Multifamily Maintenance Technician

HVAC Experience Strongly Preferred

This role is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers across a portfolio of apartment communities throughout the CSRA. Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained living environment for our residents, guests, and team members.

The ideal candidate is a reliable self‑starter who takes pride in their work and works well as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will complete assigned tasks and additional duties as directed by the Portfolio Manager.

• Full‑time position
• HVAC experience is highly preferred

$23 - $28+ hourly DOE

• Inspect and coordinate all needed rent‑ready repairs and services as required to meet deadlines
• Diagnose and perform maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, appliances, doors and locks, and fixtures
• Correct any unsafe conditions and keep up the professional vision for all of our communities!
• Support the Augusta Rental Homes team to provide a superior resident service experience!
• Maintain a clean and professional property at all times

• Knowledge and experience with HVAC service and repair
• Must pass the Augusta Rental Homes Maintenance Competency Test
• State driver’s license and a working vehicle with proof of insurance
• Strong desire to accomplish goals and work with a team
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check and drug test
