Description
Core Responsibilities:
Respond to daily tenant maintenance requests for issues like leaky plumbing, broken outlets, or appliance failures. "Make ready" vacant units between residents by patching drywall and checking all systems are ready for occupancy. Maintain the curb appeal and safety of common areas, which can include landscaping, pool maintenance, and snow/ice removal. Participate in an after‑hours on‑call rotation to address urgent property emergencies (e.g., pipe bursts, lockouts).
Hands‑on knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. HVAC/EPA Certification to handle refrigerants. CPO certified or willing to get certified. Must supply their own standard hand and power tools. Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with residents respectfully and professionally.
