Rytech Restoration of the Midlands is expanding operations into Augusta, GA and is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Water & Fire Restoration Technician. This role is ideal for an experienced professional ready to take ownership of projects while contributing to the growth of a new service area.

This position is based in Augusta and supported by our Columbia, SC (Midlands) headquarters, with occasional travel for training and operational support.

• $20-$25 per hour, based on experience and leadership ability

• Lead water mitigation, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation projects
• Assess loss, identify source of damage, and determine scope of work
• Perform controlled demolition and debris removal (as approved)
• Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
• Maintain accurate job documentation, and daily logs on Mitigate system
• Conduct job site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards

• ICRC WRT Certification (required)
• Demonstrated experience in water and/or fire restoration
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to participate in a 24/7 on‑call rotation, including holidays
• Capability to perform physically demanding work
