• Drive company vehicle to customer homes and businesses.
• Install and troubleshoot broadband, internet, TV, phone, and smart home services.
• Configure Wi‑Fi equipment and educate customers.
• Complete electronic documentation and move to next customer.

• In‑person field position; remote or hybrid not accepted.
• Live within commuting distance of Augusta, GA.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Can climb ladders up to 28 feet, lift up to 100 pounds, and work outdoors in all weather.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• No felony convictions; pending criminal charges disqualify.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Age 21 or older (required for commercial vehicle insurance).
