What success looks like Rapid troubleshooting of robotic, PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
Confident repairs on AC/DC servo drives, VFDs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Preventive maintenance plans that prevent repeat failures and extend asset life.
Fluent interpretation of electrical schematics; accurate equipment installation and wiring.
Consistent machine safety inspections and strict LOTO practices.
Must-have background
Two-year college or technical school credentials; and/or 5+ years of hands-on mechanical/electrical maintenance experience.
Direct PLC experience with Mitsubishi and Allen‑Bradley platforms.
Balanced strength in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance (both are essential).
Experience with AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and variable frequency drives.
