Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on customer's heavy equipment in the field;
Inspect and locate mechanical deficiencies on diesel engines and components;
Source and order parts as needed and prepare service orders;
Determine extent of repairs including powertrain overhaul needs;
Operate diagnostic equipment and maintain accurate work orders and DOT records
