Rytech Restoration is growing and seeking a qualified Lead Technician to support our expansion into the Augusta market. This role is suited for a professional who values quality workmanship, teamwork, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a growing operation.
Pay & Benefits Package- $20-$25 per hour

- ICRC certification reimbursement and ongoing professional development
- Lead water, fire, and mold remediation efforts on residential and commercial losses
- Conduct inspections and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration tasks
- Operate and monitor drying and restoration equipment
- Maintain job documentation and ensure accuracy of reports on Mitigate and Mica
- Support team coordination and uphold quality standards
- WRT Certification (required)
- Experience in water and fire restoration and demolition
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Ability to perform physical labor in varying conditions
- Based in Augusta, GA substation
- Operational support from Columbia, SC headquarters
