is seeking a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician
to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and unit turnovers across a portfolio of apartment communities throughout the
CSRA
. Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for our residents, guests, and team members.
The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter who takes pride in their work and works well as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will complete assigned tasks and additional duties as directed by the Portfolio Manager.
