Cool Sys is seeking a skilled Service Technician Refrigeration to install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC-R systems for retail, commercial, and industrial customers. In this field-based role, you'll perform diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and emergency service while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable system operation. You'll interpret schematics, document work in service software, and communicate clearly with customers. Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC-R systems
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
  • Respond to service calls and complete repairs safely and efficiently
  • Calibrate controls and test system performance for reliability and efficiency
  • Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation in company systems
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings and recommendations
  • Follow Cool
  • Sys safety procedures, policies, and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with team members and support training of junior technicians
  • Participate in ongoing technical training and certifications
