• $75,400-$83,980+ estimated annual earnings
• $25.00-$28.00 hourly base rate, based on experience and demonstrated skill
• Current workload averages approximately 50 hours per week
• Overtime paid for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
• $75 weekly on-call pay when scheduled
• Additional overtime when called out
• Quarterly profit-sharing bonus opportunities

As a Diagnostic Mechanic, you'll help keep AIS vehicles and equipment safe, reliable, and ready for operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and equipment failures
• Troubleshoot problems using diagnostic equipment, schematics, service manuals, and hands-on experience
• Repair and maintain diesel and gasoline-powered vehicles and equipment
• Diagnose electrical, brake, cooling, driveline, hydraulic, and related systems
• Identify root causes of recurring equipment failures
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify potential failures before they result in downtime
• Use diagnostic and maintenance software to troubleshoot and document repairs
• Inspect vehicles and equipment for safety and mechanical concerns
• Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records
• Assist with field or roadside repairs when needed
• Work with mechanics and operations personnel to return equipment to service efficiently
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
