This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.
Job Duties- Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Determine general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine extent of necessary repairs
- Always maintain a neat work area and inspect that area for cleanliness after each job
- Convey a safety‑conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
- Wear floor savers while in clients’ homes
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is always clean inside and outside
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have 3+ years of successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
- EPA certification
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
