$10,000 Signing Bonus for Experienced, Truck-Ready Leaders with 3-5+ year of experience

Our Lead Installers typically earn between $75,000 to over $100,000 per year. Base hourly rate is $18-$25/hr based on experience. + install bonuses. We pay "flat rate" for installs.

Highly skilled Lead Installation Technician who demonstrates advanced expertise in HVAC installation and system startup, with a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field leadership.

Lead installations with confidence and set the standard in the field

Coach and develop installers on proper procedures

Completion of at least 80% of jobs without missing materials

Proficient in Service Titan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection

Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring

Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles

Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging

Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently

Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results
