Experienced Carpenter for Renovations for Rental Properties
Description:
Seeking a very experienced carpenter that excels in renovations. New build experience will not help you in our field except for knowledg of code. Most places being renovated are 100 years old. Must have your own basic tools, a work truck, van or SUV that can be used to carry you and your tools from job to job. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to use one of our vehicles.
Pay rate will be based on experience and skill level - $20 and higher Must be able to work produce accurrate material lists in order to be prepared for each project, work independently, and respond positively to the requests of the owner. All specialty tools can be provided as needed. Helpers will be provided as needed. Weekday hours only
