We are growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Augusta, GA area
.

- Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
- EPA Certification strongly preferred
- CPO Certification strongly preferred
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to participate in an after‑hours/on‑call rotation
- Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Complete maintenance service requests promptly and professionally
- Perform apartment turns and prepare units for new residents
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other building systems
- Maintain common areas, grounds, and property equipment
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs, including after‑hours calls
- Help maintain property safety, inspection, and compliance standards
- Provide excellent service to residents and support the overall success of the community
