Richmond County Schools in Augusta, GA, seeks a Student Advocacy Specialist to coordinate behavioral and mental health interventions for students under the supervision of the Coordinator of Support Services. The SAS identifies students at risk and coordinates appropriate interventions and supports.
They document, evaluate, and report outcomes of Tier 1 and Tier 2 programs, and develop partnerships with community agencies to improve care coordination. Family engagement is a key focus of the role.
