We are now expanding our team and are looking for skilled, goal-oriented backend developers to join our teams.
Requirements- 7+ years of production experience with Python
- At least 2 years of hands on experience with async Python (FastAPI, aiohttp, or similar frameworks) in production
- Ability to debug issues across service boundaries
- Comfortable working with partially defined tasks and evolving requirements
- Ready to work in a fast‑changing, high‑uncertainty environment
- Open to using AI tools in daily development and troubleshooting
- Interest in infrastructure and system design
- Hands‑on experience with service delivery/integrations
- Background in startup or other fast‑moving, high‑uncertainty environments
- Practical experience working with gRPC
- Adapt existing platform components to new customer environments
- Implement client‑specific features and integrations
- Support and evolve internal backend libraries
- Investigate and fix production and on‑premise issues
- Work on logging, tracing, observability improvements
- Participate in pilots where the platform must be adjusted quickly
- Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams on cross‑service problems
