Fallen Order. Join the Jedi Engineering team as a Software Engineer to build high‑quality, player‑facing experiences across hardware configurations.

• Cross boundaries from low‑level engine/rendering to player‑facing UX to ensure a high quality and customizable experience across PC hardware.
• Analyze and fix performance bottlenecks in game runtime and development tools.
• Identify, diagnose, and solve bugs and player experience issues proactively.
• Collaborate with engineers, artists, technical artists, designers, producers, and QA.
• Contribute to healthy team morale and culture.
• Share and receive feedback on the overall game design.

• 5+ years of industry experience as a game engineer (platform support, hardware configuration, peripherals, performance, etc.).
• Proficiency in C++.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with PC gaming and player expectations.
• Familiarity with UX best practices.
• Passion for delivering a great player experience.
• Unreal Engine experience is a major plus.

Pay ranges (North America):

• British Columbia: $122,300 - $170,700 CAD
• California: $143,800 - $217,200 USD
