Wolfies Swim School is a family owned and operated instructional swim school that prides itself on quality lessons and staff appreciation. We provide swim instruction to our community that builds confidence and develops safety skills in a student-centered environment. Responsibilities:

• Make sure everyone is safe.
• Love and respect students while teaching them to swim.
• Be a team player who is who is consistently dependable and reliable.
• Complete required training and be a continual learner.
• Follow our curriculum with a focus on the needs, abilities and comfort of each student.
• Smile and have fun during your entire shift.

Qualifications:

• Competitive swim background highly preferred but not required.
• Previous experience teaching lessons preferred but not required.
• Someone that is Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certified and can provide proof of this upon hire, or someone that can meet the requirements to pass the Lifeguard certification process (must be able to swim at least 200 yards, tread water for 2 minutes, and retrieve a 10 pound brick from the bottom of a pool and swim with it above the surface of the water).
• Caring and compassion for children and adults
• Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours
• Great attitude and willingness to be coached
• The ability to focus in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to commit to at least 1 year of employment, afternoons and weekends required

Available Shifts:

• Seasonal Swim 8:45 am - 1pm
• Seasonal Camps 8:45 am - 3:15 pm
