Aquatics Manager NF

• Serves as the aquatics manager responsible for managing and supervising the aquatic programs for an AFRC activity.
• Participates in and/or leads the planning process that results in providing a wide range of fairly typical, conventional and well-established basic aquatic activities.
• Conducts all necessary coordination of various details for recurring and non-recurring aquatic, fitness, instructional, and joint community programs.
• Establishes aquatic certification curriculum for lifeguard, lifeguard instructor, water safety instructor, water fitness instructor and other safety, fitness and recreational certification and educational programming.
• Interviews and selects staff and provides orientation, training and supervision, providing leadership, direction, management and analysis of all aspects of the program as required.

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.
  2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
• Successful ongoing participation in department training programs as they relate to health and safety is continually required. Rigorous physical activity is periodically required in providing instruction and training.
