Rear Load Helper

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Rear Load Helper to join our waste management team in Augusta, GA. The Rear Load Helper will assist the driver in the collection of residential and commercial waste, ensuring safe and efficient operations while providing excellent customer service.

• Assist the driver in the collection of trash, recyclables, and other waste materials from residential and commercial locations.
• Load waste into the rear of the collection vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Operate the compactor and other equipment as needed under the driver’s supervision.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on the vehicle.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service when interacting with the public.
• Report any vehicle or equipment issues to the driver or supervisor promptly.

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred with reliable transportation
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
