Delivery Crew Member I

Full Time

• Work/communicate with our sales and service teams to deliver customer value and satisfaction.
• Communicate technical issues and spa care information, as needed.
• Assist in all phases of product delivery and installation.
• Record delivery checklist results for all jobs.
• Assist to diagnosis installation spa issues and solutions.
• Drive vehicle and trailer (including gooseneck trailer), as necessary.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues and maintain vehicles to standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer interaction to Georgia Spa Company standards.

• HEAVY LIFTING.
• Driver’s License.
• Forklift trained and capable.
• Able to deliver and install all hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and accessories.
• DOT Driver medical card and physical (GSC pays for card if obtained).
• Good customer interaction skills with clean appearance.
• Positive attitude and enjoy a challenge.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Possess strong organizational skills and an eye for attention to detail.
• Maintain Georgia Spa Company standards in compliance with the company employee manual.
