- Pay: $0.65 CPM solo / $0.70 CPM team starting (1099)
- Average 2,500–3,500 miles weekly
- Incentives at 14K+ miles/month
- Detention, layover & breakdown pay
- Paid hotel for resets
- DOT inspection incentives
- Reefer (some dry) – No touch freight
- Majority drop & hook; pick up & delivery
- OTR lanes:
South, Southwest & Northwest (No East Coast runs) - Fast orientation (under 1 day)
- 2 weeks out / 3 days home
- Consistent freight, predictable schedule
- Newer Freightliners & Volvos
- APU, inverter, fridge & microwave
