CDL B Driver & Counter Sales – Open

Location:

Augusta, GA – Retail shop

• Operate a CDL B truck to deliver medical, industrial, and specialty gases, welding equipment, and hard goods to customers.
• Serve walk‑in and phone‑in customers, determining product needs and locating merchandise.
• Process sales transactions, enter orders accurately, and handle payments.
• Wrap and bag purchases and assist customers with loading merchandise into their vehicles.
• Follow safety procedures for cylinder handling, vehicle inspections, and load/unload operations.
• Maintain a welcoming showroom environment and uphold company safety policies.
• Support the team’s delivery schedule, including occasional weekend routes.

• Valid Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
• Airbrake endorsement.
• Maintain required driver’s license, medical card, and endorsements.
• No more than two traffic convictions or an at‑fault accident in the last three years; no alcohol or controlled substance convictions within the last seven years.
• Drug‑free workplace compliance.
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs regularly and move more than 125 lbs with equipment.
• At least one year of CDL driving experience in the last five years, or proof of recent trucking school completion.

• Forklift experience.
• Sales experience.
• Class A CDL.
• Two years of CDL A experience in the last five years.
