CDL-A Truck Driver – Marine Division

Koch Trucking is seeking experienced CDL‑A truck drivers to join our marine division. The marine division transports new pontoons, recreational boats, and fishing boats directly from manufacturers to dealerships across the U.S. and Canada. Successful candidates will handle a variety of boat hauling opportunities, offering consistent miles and flexibility.

• Transport new pontoons, recreational, and fishing boats from manufacturers to dealerships.
• Operate modern fleet trucks (Volvo 860, Freightliner Cascadia) equipped with refrigeration, leather interior, and driver‑friendly features.
• Maintain accurate logs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers throughout trips.
• Utilize stop and detention pay provisions when appropriate.

• Valid CDL‑A license.
• Minimum one year of trucking experience.
• Strong safety record and ability to work OTR.

• Hourly rate: $0.60/mile (or $0.61/mile with enhanced license).
• Annual pay: $75,000–$85,000.
• Hiring bonus: $6,000 paid monthly over the first year.
• Home time: 7–14 days out based on location.
• Stop and detention pay.
• All trucks newer than 3 years (average age 16 months).
