Position: CDL A Hazmat Driver (Open) – Augusta, GA (Columbia Nitrogen Drive – Bulk cryo logistics)

Job Summary

Drive commercial motor vehicles (tractor‑trailer) long distances to transport and off‑load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or storage sites in a safe, timely, accurate, and courteous manner. Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, report incidents, and complete DOT and company reports.

Responsibilities

Drive tractor‑trailer to deliver industrial gases to customers or storage sites.
Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and address maintenance needs.
Report accidents, safety issues, citations, and customer complaints immediately.
Complete required DOT and company reports.
Transport a wide range of industrial gases safely and efficiently.

Required Qualifications

Age 21 or older.
At least 3 years experience driving tractor‑trailer vehicles.
Class A CDL with Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, two years of technical college or military technical experience.
Three (3) years of Haz Mat or Tanker experience.
Product knowledge of cryogenic, compressed, and specialty gases.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary $90,000+.
$2,000 Driver Referral Bonus (unlimited).
Quarterly Incentive Bonus.
Schedule:

nights & weekends; home daily.
