The CDL Class B Roll Off Driver is a full-time, on-site role based in Augusta, GA. This role is responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to deliver, exchange, and pick up dumpsters at residential, commercial, and construction sites. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting vehicles and equipment, securing loads, following assigned routes and schedules, and completing basic paperwork or digital logs. The driver will communicate professionally with customers and dispatch, respond to schedule changes, and ensure each job site is left clean and compliant with company standards.
This position also involves routine vehicle maintenance checks, adherence to all DOT, safety, and company policies, and occasional assistance with dumpster placement planning to support efficient project operations.

- Valid CDL Class B license with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Demonstrated experience operating roll-off or similar commercial trucks, including safe loading, unloading, and securing of containers.
- Solid understanding of basic vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance practices.
- Strong safety awareness, including adherence to PPE requirements and site safety protocols.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with dispatch, team members, and customers.
- Ability to read and follow route sheets, maps, and job instructions, and to use GPS or dispatching technology.
- Reliability in time management, with the ability to meet delivery and pickup schedules and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to perform the job, including climbing in and out of trucks, handling tarps, and working outdoors in varying conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in waste management, construction, or related industries is a plus.
