Job: Present a professional, positive, safety-conscious, customer‑oriented attitude and provide the highest level of customer service at all times. Receive, unload, store and reload materials in an efficient and timely manner. Maintain and track inventory in the warehouse areas. Must be self‑motivated and team oriented.
Objective: Maximize the safe, efficient flow of product and service in and out of the warehouse.

ResponsibilitiesEssential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
- Operate a forklift according to safety guidelines established during training. (Do not deviate from forklift operation procedures for any reason; these procedures are for the safety of employees and customers.)
- Load customer vehicles professionally and with care for the safety of the customer and their vehicle. Ensure all products are accurate and in good condition. (Interact with customer in a professional manner; taking great care when loading products onto or into customer’s vehicle to ensure customer is not at risk of injury or their vehicle at risk of damage.)
- Unload and load commercial trucks with regard for the safety of co‑workers’ products and vehicle. Package and label materials properly when preparing them for storage. (Work carefully and efficiently. Avoid risks to product and workers.)
- Maintain awareness of safety hazards in the warehouse. (Correct minor hazards such as binding loose product together or picking up strapping, wrapping, pallets, etc. Report hazards such as damaged racks or forklift problems to the supervisor immediately.)
- Work effectively with co‑workers by accepting, completing and handing off tasks. (Cooperate with co‑workers when completing tasks. Provide assistance when appropriate or accept assistance when it will help complete the task. Accept tasks from others whenever possible.)
- Demonstrate an ability and willingness to work within a team environment. (Strive to get along well with co‑workers on a daily basis and when called upon participate in special projects such as inventory.)
- Maintain warehouse storage areas and company equipment. (Consistently keep all warehouse and storage areas clean, material stored in the appropriate manner, drive forklifts carefully, put equipment away in good working order when not utilizing it.)
- Prepare samples for sales account managers and customers. (Cut samples and create sample boards as requested. Cut samples and prepare as requested for sales and customers.)
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year relevant work experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Position RequirementsAbility to pass background check and random drug screens.
Pay ScheduleCompetitive hourly wage based on experience. Salary:
Depends on experience.
